Administrative Assistant

Duties: You will be arranging appointments for our technical experts, taking calls from clients, arranging billing and payments.
Skills: You should be computer literate, able to work with billing software and spreadsheets such as google sheets and excel. You should be well spoken and friendly, as well as professional.

Technical expert/genius
Hawaii Mac Support is currently seeking Mac geniuses to join our team. This position is work from home and on-site in Oahu.
Duties: You will be troubleshooting issues, training users on Mac use, and be able to assist in network setup and other issues that affect a Mac. Have a look at our business and residential services to see the kind of work you will be doing. You should be able to perform most of these tasks with a high degree of independence, although you will be able to fall back on team expertise at any time.
Experience: You should have a high degree of “computer geekiness” and yet also be a great communicator. Familiarity and love of Apple products is a must. You must have an experience of troubleshooting network issues, computer problems, backup solutions, and much more. Experience in similar roles is not required, so feel free to show off your knowledge however you see fit.
